I don't know Dunny...I have to use steriod creams for my psoriasis just about every day and I wonder if I'm getting too much too!

I can relate to the hunger thing too. I have to eat something every 4 hours. But I'm pretty well used to that schedule anyway because I am hypoglycemic too. At any rate...I think I could eat a whole house in one sitting! My husband says its not a pretty sight! He delights in me eating that way though, because last year I was down to cream of wheat, eggs and applesauce for months! You might try adding a fiber supplement to your diet...be careful though...some of them have ingredients that can aggrevate the CD. The fiber would help with the munchies though.
