I currently am not having D...but was wondering if probiotics are good for crohnies anyway. Anyone recommend a brand??

Yes, they are good to take daily and indefinitely for IBDers flaring or not and IBSers too...I use primadophilus reuteri made by natures way, you can google it and lots of info on it...research has shown probiotics are a huge benefit since we tend to have bacterial over-growth.

I've been using Align, and havent noticed any real change except my poop smells just like baby poop. . . weird.

I use the same brand as PB4. works well for me. only thing is that you have to keep it refrigerated but I take it at night so it doesn't matter

it is supposed to be good for us regardless if we have C or D =0)
