Question for PB4 - re primodophilus reutiri

When is the best time to take it?  The instructions just say 1 a day.  Can I take it with my vitamins and fish oil tablet?  With food, or without?  Thanks for your reply.

Shouldn't matter if you take it with your fish caps, I take it by itself, I take mine in the evening sometimes with food, sometimes without (again, makes no difference)...reason I take it in the evening is because that's when I got home with it and I like to take things on a 24 hr time clock (same time everyday).
