Expiration date on adderall

Hey There,

I was on adderall for about a year, however I weened myself off for awhile to try out life outside of the chemical. Lately, I've been considering switching back to see how it feels now that I have more prespective. I still have about forty pills from my last perscription but it expired about 7 months ago. Is this hazardous to my health or is it merely for potentcy? Any Useful and informed information would be great. Basically I don't want to have to buy a new perscription if it's possible. Thankyou for any help!

I'm also on adderall. It's fine to take them past the expiration. The only thing to be concerned about is the potency. Which I never found to be affected much under a year expired.
