Pyoderma Gangrenosa Update

Hello ! I came back from a flowup dermatologist appointment today. My GI & a dermatlogist are treating the Pyoderma Gangrenosa together, a new skin condition I have just been diagnosed with. Looks like things are doing ok, I will continue on the 60 pred and start Remicade as soon as they get prior auth. I was taken out of work in the begining of Nov, and looks like I will be out till at least the end of November.. so thats all for now... Cheers to the begining of healing up this leg of mine.

Ouch, sounds pretty serious.

So glad to hear your docs are working together - that just doesn't happen enough these days in the private/group practice world. Here's to quick healing!

Hi So glad to hear that things are getting some improvement going on , so what are you doing with your spare time off ? Hopefully they will get the Rem.put threw fast and that it helps you. I know it was great for my fistula. Best Wishes and continued improvement . Stay in touch .lol gail
