Do you guys think it's possible? A law protecting those of us with Chronic illnesses where pain is the no one symptom. A law stating something like this: People that have been diagnosed with Chronic illnesses that have no cure may be given a continuous prescription for pain meds. This is just a thought- I know that I would benefit...

hey bible. i put maybe just because someone may change their minds at a future time. some states already have "right to pain control laws" my home state of Washington is one i believe. your poll is a little ambiguous. "chronic illness' should not be the defining term. it should be something like continous or daily persistant intractable pain. no government would say just waht you have put down. too many non painfull maladies would qualify. such as chronic runny nose, or farting, or arm twitching. see what i mean? believe me i am ALL for pain control i have needed and used quite a bit over the years, but there has to be some restraint.
