What the frick is that? Something in my intestines...

Hey everyone,

I've been having a weird experience ever since I started Remicade.

Whenever I lay on my back, for example each night when I go to bed, I feel a weird pressure in my intestines usually just below my belly button.  It doesn't hurt, but it feels like there's an alien in there.  I think it's gas pressure.  It rumbles and moves through, and sometimes I can even see it!!  And if I touch my belly I can feel a hard lump, but only when it's happening.

Other than that having no problems with the Remicade - in fact I'm almost 100% back to normal.  Just weirded out.

Definitely gas. It's at its worst when I'm in a major flare and is most uncomfortable a couple of hours after I eat. I've stretched out in the bathtub and literally watched my belly jiggle--kind of like when I was pregnant, but with a much less desirable end product! Ridiculous, isn't it? I'd rather have the cramps and D than suffer through my tummy's gas dance.
