Question on gluten-free diet and crohns

Hi just wanted to know if anyone else has tried to go gluten free,and how that affected their crohns or ibd symptoms .I have been seeing a homeopath for the last 3 months and he suggested that my crohn's symptoms will greatly improve if i switch to a gluten free diet.I would appreciate your thoughts and experiences.

i find that it helps. many others i've talked to who have gone gluten free concur. i think that for the most part what will help is eliminating or abstaining from processed foods and refined sugars. the less grains and sugars you eat the better. that is my experience.
