Hi All,

Looking out there for info about any successes/failures in any guys with cf out there who may have had these procedures performed on them to have biological children....I'm engaged to my fiancee (he has cf) and I'd like to find out more about these procedures and if any guy with cf in any of the forums on here has had them, or knows someone with cf who has had them...Any feedback would be very much appreciated!!!

Hi Kim,

To my understanding from the CF care center team, my twin boys will be sterile. I would have my doubts on anything helping a sterile person who has no live sperm to begin with. Just my thoughts on it. But heck, ya never know what medical mirracles can occur.

I am in your position as well, but we are not engaged yet. I would love to talk to you...it would be nice to be able to talk to someone who is going through the same thing as me. I have so many questions that my boyfriend can not answer for me about having children and what lies ahead for us.
