Hello! My name is Lauren Bokovitz and I am a genetic counseling student who is researching how women with cystic fibrosis make decisions about becoming pregnant. If you are a woman over the age of 18 with cystic fibrosis, please consider taking my survey!

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and four participants will be entered into a drawing to receive a $25 Amazon gift card. More information is provided at the link below.

Hi there Lauren,

I've followed the link and it says "this URL is incorrect". I think it might be right and the link is wrong, as usually urls are automatically formed into clickable links on this site and its not a clickable link, so had to copy and paste it into new browser page.

Maybe my tablet. Tried to show the message and its messing about with photo bucket links too. I'll log my computer later and check again.

Judy is the link taking you anywhere? Even hotlinked it says url is incorrect.

I found that she is at Case Western and I sent her an email to her school address to tell her about the problem.

I heard back from Lauren and she put the link in the email which I copied onto her first post and it seems to work. Fingers crossed!

Thanks Lanie, you're a star!!! I wouldn't have even known where to start contacting Lauren. The link you posted works ok :)

I have completed the survey now, I feel where the responses were "more likely to get pregnant" and "less likely to get pregnant", it needed a middle option such as "just as likely to get pregnant". But otherwise it was a quick survey and easy enough to follow. :)

Hi there Gem (or shall I call you 'bijou' :-) ), the original link had "cwr.." and I know that refers to Case Western Reserve University, so I went to that site to find her name and ... I should have been a sleuth. yeah
