I'm always running at a low temperature. 35oC (95oF) is my normal average reading sometimes as low as 34.5 (94.1F) very rarely over 36. 37.5oC (99.5F) is a raging fever for me.
Does anyone else suffer with having a low body temperature like this? I've tried approaching my docs about it but it's always "they'll get back to me" and they never do.
I'd like to know if it's a CF thing, if there's a cause for it maybe there's a fix. I'm always really cold and like today I've had to spend all day wrapped up trying to avoid putting the heating on. I've been drifting in and out of sleep all day aswell. I hate living like this, so tired and cold all the time. Winter is the worst for me wish I could hibernate like a bear!!

Low body temperature can be a sign of iodine deficiency.
