You should probably talk to your doctor.  Or call somebody that you can talk to.  It has been a long winter, I don't know where you are but today was the first nice day that we have had in a long time.  I actually left my house.  It was for an appointment but it did me good to get out.

Do you think that you would feel better if you were readmitted?  Do you think that you should call the doctor that you saw in the hospital?

We are here for you hon, so feel free to post more, we will all listen to you. 

Talk to somebody if you can, keep us posted.  I will be here all night.

Im sorry that things have got worse for you, but please dont give up. Perhaps stay in the hospital a little longer this time. Are you able to have a wide range of activities in the hospital to keep your mind occupied?

Are you able to get other people to cover for you for the people that are dependent on you? For example, if a work colleague is dependent... can you get someone else to help them? If its kids... can other family help for a couple of weeks?

I hope this week goes better for you hunni. Have you considered reviewing your meds with your doctor? It might be hat some of the meds are starting to become ineffective and they need changing/adjusting.

While it is good to take a break from things.  If you find yourself sleeping all day and night, you might want to talk to the doctor about it.  I know, I have had fatigue for two days now.  And I recognize it for what it is.  I feel like my bed is calling me to just climb in and never come out.  But I don't want to be like that.  I slept for two years when I first got fibromyalgia.  Life just keeps going on with or with out us.  And in the meantime we are getting older too.  Maybe you need some rest, just don't let it take over.

I think you need to talk to a doctor about this. Cancelling everything and hiding wont solve the problem, it just delays you dealing with it. You have come through so much while you have been here... im sure you will manage this one as well. Taking some time out for you sounds like a really good idea. Even if it is just half an hour in the bath or something like Shy said.
