Hi everyone

This is the first time i have ever been on a site like this before and i am so surprized that there are other people that feel the same way i do because ive been feelin really low at the moment xx hopefully someone will read this and wana chat x

Hi there and Welcome to HealingWell!

I hope you find all the support and care that you need here. There are loads of people here on the Depression board who use a variety of different medications and therapies so hopefully we will be able to answer any questions you have as well as giving you the support you want.

Welcome to healing well. I hope that you will feel comfortable enough to post about any issues that you are having. It really has been a long and hard winter. I think a lot of people are feeling the same way that you are. Hopefully we can offer suggestions to you that will help you to feel better.

hey there...i'm new also...it was a huge relief when i found this place since it's nice to know that i'm not the only one out here that feels sad and depressed....
