Eej,

I just wrote down some quotes, some of them by me, some of them how I remember them. It's kinda how I try to live, maybe it can help you as well.

Some can be pretty vague, don't hesitate to ask what they mean if you don't understand.

Acceptance is the key.

The world is a reflection of the way you look at it. Smile at it, and it will smile back.

Expectations will eventually lead to disappointment.

The past can be sad, the future worrisome, so forget about it. Only wonder at whatever comes your way now.

You are the universe.

A room is not defined by its walls, but by the emptiness within.

Waiting is using the now to get in the future. You cannot be in the future, only in the now, so waiting is futile.

Can you hear the birds?

The now is a gift, that's why they call it present.

Focus.

Use the mind, not be the mind.
