More good stuff...

1) Took a walk on my lunch break with a few co-workers. It was nice to get out of the cubicle for a little while!
2) Made reservations to go camping this weekend. Yippee!
3) Have energy, which is a big bonus!
4) Had fresh raspberries with my yogurt and granola this morning. Oh, they are so good when they are in season and local!
5) I have an air conditioner! I've never had one, but I'm addicted to it now! It cools down my entire apartment (highest recorded temp inside was 102 degrees F with the lowest at 44) and gets rid of all of this nasty humidity!

good stuff right now

Vacation starts tomorrow, got a week off of work.
That whole week will be spent playing with my band.

Being in the moment is so important to be able to enjoy the 'good stuff'.

The Good Stuff

1) Talked with one of my good friends last night to catch up and we made tentative plans to get together next weekend.

2) Had my therapist appointment yesterday, which made me feel so much better.  It got a lot of stuff off my chest and just helped me realize that I have a good head on my shoulders.

3) Went grocery shopping last night and bought food for our camping trip this weekend.  It's so nice to be able to buy healthy food!

MY GOOD STUFF,
I got my yardsale stuff out and organized and am looking foward to making some extra cash off of it. I realized how blessed I truly am to have all of this extra stuff I dont even need. I know some people dont have even 1/18 of what I have. I am so thankful.
My two year old son is starting to love reading books. And he sings sweet little songs to me all the time. My heart always melts.
My husband and I are making good progress in our marraige and we will have our three year anniversery on Aug 26th.

MY GOOD is Cait is home and safe...
Oh How I missed her and was so happy to see her come off that plane
I had to take a valium but still I did it lol

Kitt will be back soon too and thats another GOOD for us all

I am home..........whoooooooo hooooo. 

The good stuff from the wedding I attended, my only neice got married.  She has a 14 year old daughter and today they are driving to MN and bringing my great niece to stay with us while they jet off to Jamaica for their honeymoon. So I will have a 14 year old house guest......... :-)

The wedding was beautiful, and the cake.....yum.  Our air flights were right on schedule and our luggage arrived with us.

I even danced..Oh my what a sight that must have been.

The bestest good stuff, I am home with all of you now as I was missing you.

I love seeing each of you post the good as life has so much good if we just stop and feel the sunshine on our face.

It is so great to have you back.

I am so happy that you had a good time at the wedding. They are nice, aren't they. I am happy also that you will be having your neice to visit.

My good stuff is that I got together with friends last night. Girl friends so we got to gab and gab. It was a blast. I don't get out much so this was a big deal for me. I usually opt to stay home, I always have a good excuse too.LOL. There were five of us women and boy did we talk.

Hello All,

I have read a lot of sad stories and problems tonight so I thought it was time to take a look at what is good in our lives...........the good stuff.

My good stuff today was having my husband here to hold me and understand I was having some anxiety. 

My good ole dog let me hug her and play with her and then we took a nap together.

The Olympics are good stuff, seeing everyone come together in sportsmanship is wonderful.

I am thankful for every day I can make a difference in the lives of others.

Let's all have an olympics of the good stuff in our lives, the smallest things are the ones that may make  you feel the best.
