sometimes this life just rips out your heart and kicks you while you down gasping for air, for reason to stand to fight to keep going ……I need reason so desperately……   in the blink of an eye the rug is pulled the one you still trying to stand on …friends betray you, doors slam shut, you are rejected left lying in a heap broken and defeated ….why would you rise ???? to just fall down once more??

Hi Dark,

I think these are questions that we all have at one time or another. Can you tell us a bit more about why you are feeling this way? It might be good for you to to let it all out, and you might feel a bit better.

Hi Dark

You need to stand on because you are strong and can do it. Do not let someone else get you down and try to destroy your life. Why give them the satisfaction?

cant deal with the smallest most insignificant things in life.... i am tired i dont have the energy to explain my total and complete incompetence in living this life.......there is no pill for patheticness no where to hide …Thank you all ….

Dark,

You stand because you care.  You care about others and your not a quitter.  You may get knocked down but remember we are the rulers of our own emotions..............so do not let what others do or say dictate your feelings and responses.

Stay away from toxic people.  You come here and you post to others in need, that is what the world is about, helping one another.  Let go of the pain and embrace the good in life, the support and caring you read here.

Love your self and care about yoursef as we care about you.

It sounds like things are hard for you right now!

I think the reason for standing - is because you have come so far - there is no point in turning back now, in undoing all the good work that you have done! it's better to stand still than to go back!

I think you have shown your strength over and over, be proud of that acheivement and keep on going!
