feeling hopeless!

I feel pretty hopeless right now, just when I think things can't get any worse they do! I feel so hurt, betrayed, and depressed, I just can't take it any more! I don't know where to go from here, I just wish I had someone to talk too, not good at talking on phone or in person, it is much easier for me to write! I don't even know who I am going to talk too!

Hi Babygirl,

I am so sorry that you are feeling so hopeless. Try not to worry, we are here for you. You can go into chat anytime. Usually if somebody sees you in there, they stop in. But be patient.

I hope that you are feeling better soon. try to take things one day at a time.

You can talk right here and you have a whole family with the same problems as you do that will be more then happy to support you.

you found a great forum to put your feelings into words- the people here are kind, non judgemental and can often sympathise. i have found this place to be an amazing source of encouragement, i hope you find some peace here as well. we are always here and nothing you say will make anyone think any less of you.

I know just how you feel, really. I felt that way for a very long time....I finally resorted to other things and things were completely out of control. I couldnt talk to any about stuff because I just didnt have the courage. I felt like I could handle it or something. I knew I needed to talk, and I tried really REALLY hard. I wrote a letter once to my counselor...I went to her, but I refused to talk about everything.

I write so much better on here or in text...I cant talk in person or over the phone. something about it is just really scary and I feel insecure. Im better at it now. I suggest you give it a try. Dont even think about it just do it and its scary and hard, but you will feel better.

You need to talk about your feelings. Its okay, your human and we all feel things, good or bad. But, the main thing is to have a support system. Talk to someone, rather it be us on here or someone you trust...

How old are you anyways?

There are different things you can try. But, since I understand how you feel, I suggest you start out slow and in time you will see that it makes a difference.
