Thanks, I am trying, but I am a constant thinker. If I can stop thinking, or have something pleasant to think about
it would help.
When a person feels like there is doom ahead, a person tends to get scared, like when someone is pointing a gun at you. That's what my worries feel like to me.
I cannot seem to get the "person with a gun" type fear out of my head. My life isn't threatened by death, but my future threatens my life, my ability to cope.
