My advice would be to remember that this situation is only temporary...it's not your fault that your hours were cut back! I think if you just keep telling yourself this, it may make you feel better. How about trying to fit some sort of exercise in for 30 minutes a day...even if is taking a walk...this will make you feel better and it is free! If you build up enough energy, maybe find a second job, or start looking for one and a house to rent within your means, just by doing this, it will keep your spirits up!
