I was wondering if there are others that have what I call "holidays"
In the middle of my periods of depression, I wake up in the morning and I feel fine once again. Then after 1 day or sometimes 2 days I fall back in to darkness and gloom.
Usually I am good for 2 or 3 months once I come out of the depression. A short break seems unfair.

Yes from time to time, but it doesn't take too long for me to come out of it. I am usually good then for several months.

No, I dont get a break like that... it just slowly lifts, and on rare occasion the depression will just lift suddenly, well over a period of 3 days then Im fine.

I can be up and down in one day or I may have several weeks where I am ok but I am a work in progress and I have come to accept that I will always need to deal with my depression.
Take care,
Kitt
