Stressed or pregnant??? HELP

I have not had intercourse since May around 12. I saw my period two weeks later which ended the last day of May. It didnt come in June and now i am worried. I took some anti depressants and i have been stressed alot since the last few months. I am panicking and i am too afraid to do a test. i have seen my period after the last time i had sex but i am still worried. could it be just stress messing with my cycle?

I am sorry to hear you are stressing but I do believe you would feel better if you just did the test kit or saw your physician.  It is better to know if your are pregnant rather then being stuck in the "What if I am?"  cycle.

Can you get in to see your gynecologist? S/he can test you for pregnancy & can also look into why you are not getting your period right now if you are not pregnant. It definitely can be caused by either pregnancy or stress, but there are dozens of other possible causes for missed periods & it would be good to check to see what's going on. :)

Hi Kali-Nikki, I agree with the others that you should talk to your doctor and get checked out. In my own experience, both antidepressants and stress have caused me to miss periods, but you should have the peace of mind that comes from a physical checkup. Take care. (((hugs)))

Ok thank you friends. I did the test and it shows i am not pregnant.

I am glad to hear you were brave enough to take the test and now you know that you are not pregnant.  You still may want to check in with your physician to see if you have anything medical going on as Raniah suggested before.  :)

I have recently found out that I am missing my period due to Thyroid problems. It also causes depression. If you go to the doctor they could do a pregnancy test and check your thyroid levels. Good luck!
