Hi Tess, I know what you mean....I'm not really up to working tomorrow, either, but we have to do it to keep ourselves going. Try to get some sleep. I know it's hard when you are feeling down, but try to think of one really nice image and just close your eyes, breathe deeply, and focus on that one nice thing. If you start to think about bad things, just push them aside and watch them float away, and go back to your nice thought. See if that helps. I hope you have a good sleep and feel rested in the morning. Take care.
