a light box as I am not currently in therapy. I live in a fairly rural area and the only psychiatrist around here and I do not see eye to eye. I've been on the 40 mg celexa for about
a year or so now, maybe longer. Yes the cymbalta did seem to help the 2 months or so I was on it (free samples from the dr. and a month free from cymbalta) but it can help alot but if you can't afford it... well you know. On my insurance plan cymbalta is a tier 3 drug. Even if the insurance co. would have approved me taking it, my copay would have been 75.00 a month, and I can't afford it. Looked into the free prescript
ion plans but make too much. One of those wonderful catch 22's.
I will try and post more often, like I said before there are times I just feel like what's the point, no one wants to hear what I've got to say anyhow.
