hi jurplesman. i am a t1 diabetic, and hyperglycaemia is no fun, for some it is akin to being somewhat indifferent, not psychotic, but you get what i mean. not everyone is pre-diabetic and or insulin resistant. hypoglycaemia is very dangerous. i have been in a diabetic coma, and i have had diabetic ketadocis as well, urinating every 5 seconds, blurred vision to the point of not nowing where i am going along with constant thirst. depression and diabetes may have some minor medical correlations albeit i have had both for over 20 yrs and let me say this, they are seperate medical conditions, and i am aware of how the endocrine system works as i was born annorchic, hypogonadism, and yes i am on testosterone and have been so since my teens, yes correlations are true, in terms of theraputic supply, but once this is in range the correlations have no bearing on the chemical inbalance i suffer from, and yes this is a seperate medical issue to my depression. i understand the cumalitive effects, but i disagree with your statement and i thought i would give you my 2 cents worth.
thanks, jamie
