Feel like im at the end

So I did make it to my appointment and I told my counsellor about the pregnancy and she made me feel a lot better!!
She found me a saying and i thought i should share it, "No Matter What Happens I Can Turn It Into My Healing!"
We also made a suicide prevention plan, and my next appointment i have to bring my suicide kit so she can go through it with me and throw it away!!
Things are mediocre today so im just in the middle today!!!
I dont know where you all are from but ym goodness the last two days have been scorching here!!!
I cant wait for the rain this weekend!!!

It has been hot here too. I am in Michigan. We are expecting rain this weekend too. I am looking forward to that. I don't do good in a lot of heat.

I hope that your day gets better. I am glad taht you talked to your counselor. It really helps me a lot. I see mine frequently. And the pdoc. It keeps me centered.
