Just wanted to post on here since it's been awhile. I moved into my dorm at my university yesterday. Before that I was suuuuper busy packing and getting my stuff together, stressful that's for sure. Now that I'm here I have to get focused on school stuff starting on Wednesday =\ Hope I still remember how to do homework, ha.

Anywho, I hope everyone is doing great and is having a good weekend. I'll start replying to some stuff now that I have my room all organized.

I think that is one thing that we aren't lucky enough to forget. lol... I am glad to see that you are getting settled, and that you let us know what is going on. You sound good. Which is great!!!

I'm new here.  Just joined.

I wish you the best in college.  I know you'll do just fine.  Just take it one day at a time.

I graduated from college in 1969 and recently retired from my full-time teaching job.

Thanks for the well wishes guys =) The only concerns I have are class related. I'm finishing up my undergraduate degree this year so the classes...well they certainly aren't easy by any stretch of the imagination. One class is all research and designing a research project that lasts all through this semester. Tough work. Also I have an Anatomy Lecture and Lab and even though it may sound easy, last year when I had the level 1 work of this class it was tough to just get above an average grade. I've always prided myself on the grades I come up with based on the work I put into it...but that class last year almost sent me into chronic stress if there is such a thing! So a few concerns, but nothing I can't handle. I'll just need to stay on top of my work from the begining, can't fall behind. One day at a time is definitely going to be my motto Jill =P

It sure sounds like you are giving it your all and I am so happy for that. Concentration is the key. And yes, taking it one day at a time. You can do this. You sound very intelligent. It may be a struggle sometimes, but as you said you are keeping on top of it and that is how you learn. Best wishes to you my friend.
