Getting More Depressd as the day go by

You know, I'm glad that you can ackowledge that this problem is something you may need help to tackle and I'm very glad you've come here. I know how awful it is and how alone you must feel but I want you to know that I'm thinking of you and sending positive energy your way. Writing out how you feel is a great way to vent and talking to those you love about what you are going through is very important. Do you have a therapist, dear. If not, do you have somebody you can talk to? You should not need to handle this by yourself. I care about you and I really hope you feel better. *Hugs* We're all here to listen.

Gumbee, is it related to shyness? do your words tend to stop when you meet someone new , or are you reffering to talkign to someone in your family not able to express to them?
