i just dont know what to do, all of my friends think im suicidle and even though i say no they just push and push and try to make me believe that i am, but now im so depressed that i dont know if i am or im not anymore. what should i do? i just feel like im the only person on the entire earth and i dont even have a single person to talk to.but now its not just my friends, its my family too so i feel like there is no-one left to help me.

This is a combined network of the Amerian Association of Suicidology, the National Hopeline Network, CONTACT USA, and many other organizations. Call are automatically routed to the nearest crisis center to the phone from which the call for help is placed.

Hi Raven.

First of all I would like to welcome you to HW depression forum. You have our solid support on here.

Secondly. Do not believe them. If you do not feel that way about yourself, then do not let them be manipulative towards you and make you think dark thoughts. Is it possible that you speak to your doctor about this? Tell them what you have been going through and most importantly try and avoid those who are doing this to you. With family I think you need to sit down with them and tell them you just feel depressed but you will get help and you are optimistic that you will get better. It might stop them from trying to mess with your head.

Hi there,

I too would like to welcome you to the forum. Don't listen to what these other people are telling you. You know yourself if you are or not. That isn't to be discussed on this forum though as per forum rules. But if you think you are, please talk to somebody about it as a professional psychiatrist, your doctor, a counselor or your local pastor. There is help outthere, you have to find it.

Know that we here at HealingWell do care about you and want you to feel better. Take care.

Welcome to HW, please remeber that you do have someone to talk to, in fact you have many to talk to, all of us here will do whatever we can to help you through this. You can always talk to us.

Welcome aboard.

Don't let other people try to diagnosis you or convince you of something you are not feeling.  You friends are not professionals and perhaps you should see your Dr. and talk about how you are feeling depressed and why.  Sometimes we have to let go of people that are being toxic in our lives. 

Coming here and sharing your feelings was a brave thing to do. Remember you are a good and caring person and do not let anyone convince you otherwise.  You must take care of you and believe in yourself.

as others have already said, you are not alone. If ever you need to talk to someone just log on here and you'll find all the compassion and empathy you need and none of the judgements. There are chat rooms available as well some members, myself included, will agree to talking via email.

Listen to your own heart - it really does know best.
