hey mike, have you ever tried working in a resteraunt as a server???
your young, your bored at that bank job. and let me tell you if your in long island i'm sure they're alot of great places to get a job in a resteraunt. sometimes they hours are great start at maybe 11am get out 5or6pm.or go in at 4pm and get out around 10 or 11. it's a great i mean really great way to make great money, have fun, meet really fun people and be around good food.
don't know if your a foodee, but it just seems you'd be happier in a more upswing setting, where you could run to the bathroom or go outside and get a breath of fresh air without all eyes watching you. i waitressed for over 25 years. i worked hard, but i would go into work with no money and come home with a s---t load of cash which i was able to raise 3 children on my own. hard work, but maybe that's what you need something more stimulating than working behind a desk day after day just waitin for the clock to tick. i hate that....excersise is key. walking, biking, if your near the ocean fishing, or swimming, it's the best, yea it's hard to get motivated but once you put your mind to do it, you'll crave it everyday. if i was only 25 and had the chance to start over i'm 54 . your just startin out in life.
i recently tried a new antidepression med. lamictal. it's been 4 days, i too am very aprehensive, but i'm gonna really give it a shot and pray for the best. i have to get the pit of my stomache relieved of daily stress. not to mention the mind games that come along with depression.Depression is all so personal. everybody goes through it alone. gotta really try to set your mind to change and it will happen, baby steps. but it can change but only you can do it; don't get laid up on the couch and watch tv. 25?????this is the time of your life. please try the adivise that so many people gave you.hang in keep posting, it helps.sue
