well, i have never admitted i was depressed until recently. and i admitted today that i think i may need medication. and im scared. i dont know how to handle any of this, this depression, financial issues, lonliness, etc. i dont really know why i am even on this message board...i guess just someone to talk to...

YOU HAVE DONE REAL WELL IN COMING HERE AND POSTING, WELL DONE. MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO MAKE AN APPT WITH YOUR DOCTOR AND LETHE/SHE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. I TAKE NOTES TO MY DR. THERAPIST AND PSYCHIATRIST, MAYBE THIS METHOD WILL AIDE YOU. ONE STEP AT A TIME IS THE BEST WAY OF DEALING WITH STUFF. YOUR DR MAY REFER YOU TO A COMPETENT COUNSELLOR. I RECKON THIS WILL HELP YOU IMMENSLY. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU DONTKNOWWHY. SENDING YOU HEALING COMPASIONATE THOUGHTS. JAMIE. PS WALKING REALLY HELPS DE CLUTTER MY HEAD AS WELL.

dontknowwhy....i appreciate you commenting on my post. Its not that no one wants to talk to you it just takes time for us to reach you. At first when i found out was also scared and confused. i didn't understand why i was being diagnosed with so many negative disorders. it was hard to take them on all at once and it still is. honestly i believe there is no specific way of handling it you just have to take small step and i would also advise you to do research on depression and its symptoms. it really helped me have a better understanding. plus most importantly don't think you have to face this battle on your own...hope thing get better!

KNow that everybody here cares about you. You just posted late in the day here and nobody was on board. But we are here now. Please feel free to read and post on threads. It is very much appreciated.
