Hey im new on her. But um.. I know im depressed but i dont know how bad. I get mad easier than i used too,i cry my self to sleep and im pushing everyone away from me.
I lost my uncle and thats when it all started

your uncle, how long has it been since he passed? Could you still be in the grieving process? Have you told anyone about
whats going on? any more detail you feel comfortable providing would help us understand your situation a little better.

Losing someone close to you is enough to make anyone depressed. Give yourself time to grieve, it is a normal process. Please talk to your Dr. about
your symptoms if they continue. There are many things that can be done now to help you. In the meantime, take good care of yourself, try and get out and do something enjoyable, it can not hurt.
