I've been treated for depression and anxiety since high school, but I'm wondering if that's even the case any more. I learned in my psych class that it was common for teenagers and younger kids to show depression and sadness through anger, and my meds did help with that. But I'm in my 20's now and have been off meds for about a year. No more constant sadness or random crying, but the anger issues did come back. No violence, mind you. Just complete rage to the point that I can't see straight sometimes, which does make me cry. But I'm not sad in the least, just irritated. So could that be depression still or something else completely?
