signing up to forums can be super frustrating...........and i am frustrated to the max!!!!!!!!!!!!!

other than that the dog has had a hair cut, she hated it, been bathed, barely tolerated that and daddy is ready to crack!!!!!!! i have run out of ciggie papers, hence a long walk to the servo. have cleaned the house over the past 2 days and have been doing more walking. the weather has been glorious, 21 degrees tomorrow, lovely, aim to do my linen and mop the floors. admittely little buttons does look a treat. i feel like a drink!!! oh well. not sleeping at all, hence i am grumpy. apologies for being so here, need to vent. need to study badly, havent had the motivation nor the energy. i just wish to get at least 3 hrs.. ameasely 3 hrs i would be happy with. heck anything!!!!!!

Jamie,

Don't be sorry, you always keep a good attitude even when not feeling good. I was up at 5:00 this morning due to an aching hip. So I know how it feels, it is going to be a long day for me because I can't nap.

I hope that you get some studying in today. Take care, keep posting. Don't ever worry about a vent or a rant. Or a blurt. lol...

thx cass, have gotten worse. yesterday i had very bad thoughts and was very depressed, they all just came in to my mind all at once, these thoughts and i am struggling with them.

jaimee i know how you feel on sleep issues. im having problems falling asleep, been two weeks and it takes me til one or three to fall asleep, i worked 4 late nights which screwed my schedule and i havent been to my therapist in over a month. have to wait on a new therapist(which i hate) because of my work schedule. i dont like change and this is change and im not ready for nontherapy. i need more sleep than i get but my mind wont stop. i forget my meds which is even worse.

he says the rapid mood swings that i go from being happy to pissed off to happy again. he says i am like his girlfriend who is bipolar

Sorry you weren't feeling well Jamiee. I don't sleep well either. Last night couldn't fall asleep and when I did, I woke up EVERY hour. My medicine ran out and the dr hasn't called the refill authorization in yet. I need it. I don't want to continue life on the verge of crying every minute. Well wishes to you.

Hi Jamie. I'm really sorry to hear that you were feeling worst. I feel bad that I can't offer you any useful advice or suggestions. I know you post in the Bipolar Forum too. Has anyone there been able to give you any coping advice or mechanisms?

have had 4 days of diarreah. taking tabs and electrolyte drinks.

has mad me weak. slowly getting better. jamie

more diareeah and vomiting, anxiety over quiting smoking. hopefully my patches are ready for pick up tomorrow. been having issues with my thoughts, sleep is still non-existant.....................
aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh well. thx for listening.
