Jamie:  I hope you are still on to see this.  My thoughts and prayers will be with you.  Take advantage of all the help and get the best rest you can.  I care about you a lot and hope you find some peace.

I was in the hospital psych unit for 11 days back in April. It was just what I needed! Like Cass said, please try to take advantage of all they have to offer! Remember, it's temporary and they are there to HELP you. xoxo

Glad you are looking after yourself, Jamiee. Sometimes hospital can be the best place to be :-(, even if it isn't as nice at home.
