Hello, LostOne_000,
Whatever it was that happened, it was something that made your friends feel as though you really did not respect or care for them genuinely. I think you might want to get some counseling to help you understand your reactions to people and why you invited their criticism in what you might have said or done.
The helpful advice of a therapist should be part of the strength of your personality while you are healing and you may need medication, as well. I would consider calling a doctor and arranging for an interview and request an evaluation of a psychiatrist to get to the root of the personal problem you have. Medication and counseling may be the answer to help you back to a happy lifestyle and peace.
Keep posting as you wish and please do find an appropriate counselor to heal the wounds you've experienced recently--as well as those of the past.
If you go to the Home button for Healing Well you will find a site
for Depression and Bipolar Illness Resources which may be helpful if you are not receiving all that you need here. Hope you resolve your problem soon.
Take care.
