Things I never really told anyone.

The flare will pass Amy, you just need to get plenty of rest and try to move as much as you possibly can. I know that it sounds impossible, but even if you can just walk around the house, it helps. Though I remember having to hold onto furniture to stand up. I did a lot of leaning.

I sure do hope that you feel better soon. Do take good care of yourself. Do you sleep well? Do you have a pretty regular sleep schedule? It really helps. But sometimes hard to do.

This forum is to vent. If we think you are whining we will let you know. I am sorry but I had to take one sentence out of your post. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant but we can't talk about drug abuse here.

Do you have any friends? Do things that interest you, art, reading at the library, or whatever. I am sure you will meet people with something in common with you.

Know that we here are your friends, and we do care about you.
