Sad,
Blue,
Lonely,
Tired,
Guilty,
Scared,
Disinterested,
Life,
Sucks,
Why won't it go away an let me be happy?

Hi Swim chic,

I am sorrry that you are going though so much emotion right now. Do you see a doc or a counselor? It really helps with this. Keep posting and welcome to the forum.

I am doing this to write it out. I see my counselor once a week but my friends have been pushing me to see her twice now because of my sudden disinterest in life... 

in the mornings dew,
i sense the butterfly
rise does the sun,
warms the feathers and everyone.
time is of day that breaks,
awake we do, and fly out for our day
for in the mornings dew i am the
butterfly.
