Hey Guys!
I went to my natural doctor last week and picked up some supplements
to help me with my depression because I was tired of all the cruddy
feelings I was having, and hoped they could help me out.
I have been suffering from depression and fatigue for over a year now,
and it can really start to wear on you.
Anyways, they gave me several supplements to help, two of which are
magnesium and GABA with glutamate. The results were very pleasing!
Within a few days, I began to have a very noticeable boost in mood and
energy levels. By the fifth day, I noticed that once I took my magnesium
supplement, I felt NO fatigue at all. I was so happy I wanted to laugh!
I have not felt that good in a long time. In addition, my chest tension
and heart palpitations began to go away.
I highly reccommend taking magnesium supplements to all of you guys
who suffer from depression, it has made a world of difference for me.
I just wanted to share this with you guys, because I know how frustrating it
can be to try searching for a solution to feel better, and feel like you are
getting nowhere.
Here is the reccommended dose of magnesium to help with depression:
125-300 mg Magnesium per meal and at bed time
you are gonna want to take about 500-1200mg a day,
depending on the level of depression. In the case of
major depression, it will take more, for example.
Also, you may need to adjust the doses to fit your
individual needs.
*Remember, make sure its safe with your doctor to take the magnesium. Sometimes people may be on certain medications or have certain needs that could conflict with taking more magnesium. However, everyone does need a healthy amount of magnesium in their bodies for healthy functioning of a lot of body systems, like your heart and digestion.
Thanks guys, and I wish you all good health!
