Hi Nadia,
I understand how you are feeling. I can get overwhelmed with sadness and loneliness. What helps me the most is getting out of the house, even just to go to the store to pick up one item or just walk up and down the isles. Having hobbies also helps. It keeps you from thinking about your situation. I do have to admit though that there are times I just can seem to overcome the sadness. I love to read but when that feeling comes over me I can't concentrate on reading.
I am here anytime you need someone to talk to or help you to feel better.
Getting out for a walk also does a lot to help. Hope you aren't in the terrrible inferno that has been our summer weather!
