It could be that she would have lashed out at anybody and you just happened to be that person that day. Maybe she has treated others this way. It is hard to say if this is just depression or somebody playing games. She might be bipolar and you are seeing different sides of her. I am sorry, but no matter what the reason, it is a toxic relationship for you and I am glad that you aren't contacting her anymore.

I am sorry to say that no one can fix depression and other disorders. It will be very hard for her to do it even. I can tell you from experience that depression and all the little arms of behavior that reach out and then push away is her way of manipulation. You both sound young and I remember way back then when I would do the same to my husband. I married at 18 to a very fine educated man who loved me dearly. He was 26 and I could just wrap him around my little finger. But back to your situation. I would suggest that you have to think of yourself. It doesnt sound like she is going anywhere. I would stay away from either your or her homes are apartments. If she agrees to go out take her dinner and a show. Some place where she might be inspired to act like an adult. She will be proud if she can do it and you can enjoy her company. IN other words, safe places. Good luck to you. ..With much care...Cathy

Hi,

Just an update...I am done with her but I had to tell this story because I cant beleive it.  My friend texted me yesterday and told me the girl I was dating is on facebook and put her personal cell phone number out to the public telling them to find Ryan Golling(major actor) and give him her phone number.  She is telling everyone that she thinks they would be a great couple and that she wants to marry him.  She then is giving reports on facebook where he is and telling people thank you for all their support and encouraging her to try and meet him so he can see that they would make the perfect couple.  At first I thought it was a joke, but its her personal cell number and she is being serious.  She is saying that her friends are all taken and that they want her to be happy.  very sad.

I just cant beleive she would give her number out to 1600 facebook fans asking foro them to find him in our city and then tell him to call her. She is on the radio and she could lose her job over this if they think she is nuts. Thanks for listening. Im so sad inside, but at least I know Im not the crazy one. She has me convinced that I am doing everything wrong and she is normal. Breaks my heart because I was good to her and she never really cared.

Don't regret being good to her. Don't regret the relationship. Look at it as a learning experience, then get on with it. Don't dwell on it, or question things. It is what it is. You are no better or worse off than before, you just learned from it. It is a part of who you are. Don't give that up for anything.

I just dont feel like I am a good man. I was good to her, and she just kept pushing me away. When I left she would come back. My last message to her was that I really care about her want to be with her but I need to move on because I feel alone inside and want to be with a woman who would care about me too. I know this is all crazy, but I just cant beleive the extreme of all this knowing she could go from me and then just jump out there and do something this ridiculous and say I am not acting normal. How normal is this? Thanks venting:( Im afraid to date because I dont think I can handle another broken heart like this. I lost more than a lover, I lost a friend:(

You will have more friends. That is the thing about life, it keeps flowing... And if you let yourself, you will flow with it. We can't worry about getting hurt. It does happen though. But through that we grow. And become the people that we are. It builds character. And you grow. So don't be afraid of that. Don't let it stop you from growing. We all have been hurt, and we all will be hurt more. That is life. The sooner you accept that, the better. Don't let it scare you.

Keep living and keep giving. Don't regret what you gave to her. Don't regret being a kind person. Just don't get stuck in one spot.
