Thank you all for your well wishes. I do not think the interview went well. I met with 2 managers at one time. One of the managers near the end said, "Are you interested in another department in the company?" I replied, "No"

Easy way to tell you didn't get the job I guess! Ugh!

Sorry to hear that your interview didn't go well Trina. I agree with Karen. Stay positive. Most importantly, you did attend the interview so at least you would of gained some experienced from it If you didn't get it, it's probably because there's something better for you.
I've only been on two interviews in my life so far, so I will definitely be a nervous wreck if I ever have to attend one in the future.

It's was a really rainy and cold day here today. We also had power outages throughout the country since the electricity company was conducting a load shedding exercise.

I can wait to have my dinner and then get into my bed under the covers. It's really cold.

I am feeling very depressed.  I just want to cry.  I have just been diag. with herpes and I am old! 

I am late 50s and am not sexually active so all of a sudden out of nowhere, this is upsetting.  I also have HepC, UC, and HPV.

Oh my god, what next??

tcb welcome and sorry you have so much bad news. Are there meds for hpv and herpes? I know hepc can lie dormant for decades-my husband's just resurfaced after 40 years. Make sure to read as much as you can so you can talk with your doc. I wish you the best-let us know.

LOL Joyce re sneakers- My 16 yr old daughter was baffled when I told her that when I was a kid, all we had was converse or Keds. What a different time-so much simpler. Even Katie said there is too much to choose from nowadays.

Thanks for all the smilers, I slept in this morning and it was nice, starting to feel better finally...
Hubby ordered a Turkey, brined from whole foods as that will take a load of work off me, Thanksgiving for the USA is next Thursday.
A tradition for us is a blueberry pie instead of apple.

Things are going to get better for you. It just takes time. I didn't have any symptoms with hpv either. Don't let all of this get you down. It isn't the end of the world, though it probably feels that way at this time. You are going to feel better soon. Did they give you anything to help you? Do they want to do any surgery for the hpv? I had a conization of the cervix. But that was years ago. I had to have that done two different times.

Keep posting as it does help. Know that we all care about you.

That is strange, to have it on your legs. We all carry the herpes virus, it is just whether or not it gets activated I guess. I am sorry that you think your problems and issues seem insignificant here. Because this has caused you to be depressed as I understand. But we have to keep pushing forward no matter how hard to get better. Soon this will be behind you. I hope that the hpv doesn't cause any future problems. Are they going to do anything about it? Or have they already?

Did they say which type of herpes it is? Cold sores are herpes. I get them a lot. I hope that it went away. I can't say what I will have come back on me, or get as I am 53. I imagine something will. Things have been going too smoothly if you know what I mean. But I try not to think about that. I just take it one day at a time, that is all we can really do. I hope that you feel better soon. I am pretty sure that everybody carries the virus. Just like the cancer. We all have the gene. It just depends on whether or not it gets activated.

Hopefully next time that you go to the doctor, nothing will be wrong. Think positive. At least try to. It does help.
