Hello

I was at the Doctor's yesterday and was lying on the table and all of a sudden I felt like I was way up high and was reaching to touch the ceiling.  I also felt I could not look down to see the doctor!!  I was not feeling sideways just way up in the air.

Sounds like a moment of disassociation. Usually this happens from the corner of the ceiling, not always. If you have not already, be sure to tell the doctor next time your are there.

Also, you don't have to lie down to see the doc unless of course
that was the GYN you were seeing.

If you are not seeing someone for depression I suggest you should. or at least talk to your GP about the incident.

As for the vote, it could be either or more likely a combo of both.

It may be time some memories or other issues are trying to come through.

People are not depressed and anxious for NO reason at all.
