Hey y'all...came down with a bug/flu type thingy on xmas day, hubby too. Just feeling better today. I hope everyone had a nice xmas...we had a few strays over for dinner (3 people with no family living alone) so it was nice. Lots of homemade gifts this year. My daughter made her cousin a photo scrapbook detailing their close friendship and Savannah CRIED when she read it-she NEVER cries. So much nicer than a gift card-lol.

The Christmases when we have the least are the ones when I feel the most blessed!!! Hope your cups runneth over in the New Year.

Doing OK. Feeling a bit restless, not able to stay with any one thing for too long. Going to hit the gym in a little while, perhaps physical exhaustion will help.

Got a few busy days ahead of me, so will be on and off..see my pm psychologists tomorrow morning, then hopeful will not need a root canal and will see that specialists tomorrow afternoon, then Friday afternoon its RA Doctor turn. Will see how that goes and inbetween things I need my tetinnis shot (sp) every 10 yrs on that so I alwaysget it done in a year ending with a 3.

Morning Everyone!

Oh my word is it cold and rainy here. I am frozen! We are used to this weather in the south.

I've already been to my wonderful "yearly" appt this morning. So happy she gave me a muscle relaxer for my back. I am in a lot of pain with this weather. Now to schedule the mammogram.

Counseling this afternoon. I don't think I have too much to talk about which means it will be a very deep session as I break down. Why does it always happen that way?

Anyway, wishing warm thoughts to everyone.

Trina, I am going to try my hand again at a particular square. If it fails, I will just unravel it. Oh how many times I have unraveled!

Hi I went out off very abusive relashionship with very manipulative men and that was August 2012 now is jan 2013 and I started feeling better but he called me recently to tell me how he is seeing other girls and how he doesn't care anymore for me, trying to make me feel bad about myself and he succeeded. I feel so depressed and down so I went to my doc and he got me in cipralex 10 mg it's my second day.mornings are bad. I feel Like I'm gonna die. I was on this med for a month in sept and I felt so good after that I stopped using it. I think I will continue this time. Of anyone has some good thoughts ti share please be welcome. I think this site I very suprtice and I feel good by reading it. All the best falls in 2013.

Welcome to the forum. I am sorry your ex is so abusive. Try not to let him get to you and be glad that he is gone. You don't deserve this treatment. Can you block him?

I changed my number, and I unplugged my home phone, but I still have an urge to call him even thought he keeps calling me especially when he is drunk. He told me he won't call anymore but he keeps doing it and tells me how he doesnt want me anymore, and how he has a good looking girl... I m expecting for my med to kick in in 2 weeks or so. I almost marred this person.

I am glad that you didn't marry him. We learn from things like this. Don't let him get you feeling bad about yourself. It sounds like he still has some issues with the relationship. But it is time for you to move on to something better. I hope that the meds help you.

welcome and I am glad you posted. I know the situation you are with an abusive person. You MUST cut all contact with this person. They are doing just for kicks. He knows it hurts you so he does it. Block the number from your phone and DO NOT CALL HIM! Take him out of your phone and soon you will forget his number. this includes any face book, tweeter, etc... BLOCK IT ALL!

It is hard, best thing you will ever do for your self!!
