I also get overwhelmed easily nowadays, and I get mad at myself for it too. I agree that exercising and walking helps me a little. Also starting small and working your way up could help. As mentioned, plan out your day and don't expect yourself to accomplish too much in one day. Be reasonable and add more things as you're able to handle it.
Calm.com's soothing music and scenery is good when you need a brief break.
