Try expressing these feelings to your therapist. Are you on any medications? Just be patient with this.. The road to healing is very frustrating but it's easier if you keep a positive and determined attitude.
Ask for a different approach or method on how to deal with this

You have to trust her. She's seen many patients and many of them probably go through what you're feeling now.. And she's also seen them get through that
Have faith! And don't doubt- doubting makes recovery even slower and more difficult. You can do this

you are on your rollercoaster and going fast, just hang on for the ride. A lot of people call this riding the wave. You are full of emotion and want an answer NOW!. Progress does not work like that.

Slow it done and think about what you are feeling, try to write down your feelings and make make a little sense of them. It may help. Don't forget walking! This will pass!

thanks guys i appreciate all your support!!! had someone asked me, i would have said same thing...its a tough road, its rocky, gotta hang on, progress is slow....

I know!!! Its funny cz deep inside i know its worthit, cuz i am already better and healthier then before i started. but still...it is so hard. times get tough i guess! and i give in to pressure!
