I cannot stop crying , day 9. I cannot get over this feeling over wanting to cry and feel like nothing is right. I need to stop this medication, I wan to go back on my Lexapro.HELP!!!!!!

What medication are you on now? Have you talked to your doctor and let them know what is going on? How long have you been off Lexapro and on this new med?

I looked at your other posts and see you are on Cymbalta.  If it isn't helping you then talk to your doc about going back on the Lexapro or on to something else.  It does take six to eight weeks sometimes to reach it's full potential.  Waiting in the meantime can be hard.  But please let your doctor know what is going on.

If you feel your depression is being severely worsened by a new med, then you need to contact your doctor as soon as possible. They can help you by adjusting dosage, perhaps trying another medication or, as you are hoping, possibly even return to a med that has worked for you in the past.

Stay strong and keep in contact with your doctor.
