No Drug works on me. what should i do?
No Drug works on me. what should i do?

I have been Diagnosed with Narcolepsy and Fibromyalgia, along with panic disorder/insomnia and depression.

I have Taken the following medications with no success:

Narcolepsy: Nuvigil and Provigil

Fibromyalgia: Cymbalta, Amitriptyline, Lyrica

Anxiety (Panic)/ Depression: Zoloft, Prozac, Pristiq, Seroquel, Trazdone, Klonopin

Insomnia: Seroquel, Trazadone, Ambiem, AmbienCR, Lunesta, Temazepam, Klonopin

I currently take: 2mg Klonopin, 150mg Lyrica, 50mg Pristiq, and 20 mg Prozac 500mg Provigil (250 bid)

It doesnt seem to alleviate any of my problems.

MY Info:

Age: 20 soon to be 21
Sex: M
Weight: 190lbs
Height: 5' 10"

I was born at 26 weeks and weighed 2lb11oz i was in the NICU for roughly 2 or so month before being released. I have had a cricoid split, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy. I know i was in a drug induced coma for about 12 days after the cricoid. I don't know if any of this stuff is relevant.

In addition I can provide other information if needed. I really need help my depression is getting significantly worse and I cant regulate my sleep.

Please provide helpful advice for me or personal stories so I can try to figure out everything. If you feel a copy blood test or scan or need to better understand the situation just ask and I will post them.

HI guys,

Thought I would give you an update.
I havent slept for probably near 50+ hours and the only sleep I got this week was a three hour period of consecutive nightmares. I havent left the house since Tuesday, and thats because I had a final to take. I know its my fault. I dont know the problem with me is I wear two faces, I hide all my fears, negative emotions and thoughts. If you met me you would say theres no way he has anxiety, hes so outgoing and happy. But people dont see the real me the one who shakes constantly in private, cries, thinks about depressive thoughts and actions. I sometimes feel like I should commit myself and just pray that will resolve something. Im tired of always calling myself crazy and constantly worrying if people can see through the happy facade. Its times like this were I think to myself that im being stupid people have bigger problems bigger obstacles to face. But my mindset has always been turned on negative pointing out my flaws and shortcomings. My friends all regard me as their most trusted source of advice as their therapist, if you will. And I look at myself and I cant solve my own darn problems I sat in bed literally for the last 3 days and just watched as the clock passes by day turns to night. I hate this. And now day 4 i come up with a harebrained plan to stop eating my one meal I allow myself. So I can just waste away into the cold dark realms of nothingness, where I suppose I will find tranquility, inner peace knowing that nothing can get me. But then I think of all my friends, family, colleagues and what they must think. Im tired of fighting myself, im tired of being in so much unbearable pain. When I was a kid I used to go to a place, a place where I thought I was safe, MY imagination, my mind. Now Its the thing I fear most. I guess all I can do is dream that one all will have control again, until then I probably wont dream much because I dont sleep, I maybe depressed and anxious constantly, but I havent lost my wit and sense of humor.
