I too have a low caloric intake due to medications.
I battle this by eating a regular greek yogurt with my medications. I eat snack bars through the day,(2) peanut butter for extra energy. NOT the protein bars for athleats, they are foul if you ask me.
Dinner is the worse meal for me because I am just not hungery, but I try. Around 9pm or 10pm most nights a will have a bowl of cereal.
Eat small meals all day long and be very aware of your body. If it says you are hungry, feed it ASAP.
