Good Morning Everyone,

Just thought I'd check in today...

Had my doctor's app yesterday. Blood test came back good. One of the thyroid hormone was below normal but the rest was fine, so no meds for that. He told me to take it easy and stop stressing out myself since it may cause me to feel sick.

I have 3 more sessions of physio to complete and then may ave to go back for evaluation to see what's happening.

Watch that thyroid reading. I have thyroid disease- I am hypothyroid which means I don't produce enough hormones. Thyroid disease is a huge player when it comes to depression. The day I was diagnosed which was 16 years ago, I was put on an anti-depressant and as you know have been on them ever since.

Many doctors discount the thyroid reading if it is just slightly off- it's no big deal. I am here to tell you it is a big deal!!!!!! When my reading is off just a bit, I feel it everywhere and have all of the classic symptoms of being hypothyroid.

So, watch that reading. Maybe go back in a few weeks and request another set of blood work to see where it is.

In the past mines was hyper/overactive but it got back normal after a month of meds. That was two years ago. Lately, I'm exhausted with headaches and my fingers and toes are cold even when the weather is normal or sunny. We suspected the thyroid may be causing it but the reading was okay. So not sure what it may be.

I'll definitely take your advice.

Hi Everyone How is everying fathers day going did laundry today now just relaxing watcging tv I have to take my seziure meds at 6am just so I can get up and see mt xriend Doris just works the bus here she works from 6 to 2pm so I am going fo see het around 12pm have a great day all Alexis

thanks UA for your kind words. i hope you feel better soon. i hope everyone is well. i am as busy as a rat in a sewer. got a few things left to do, but i am almost there. phone is still partially down net is okay, sometimes it drops out. i will rest for a bit. take care my dear friends.

UA so glad your test results were good for the most part.

Jamie, so sorry about your phone, perhaps it is time to come into the 21st century my dear, dear turtle and get a cell phone. Glad the net is up for you to still contact us. we will miss you so much when you are on holiday!

I am off to the garage this morning to drop my car off I need a new oil pan. Jiffy Lube distroyed on the one on my car. So from now on I will get oil changes at the garage. Only 5.00 more anyway.

Everyone have a wonderful Monday, I am still in IOP therapy 3 days a week and looks like it will last at least another month. SIGH!

I woke up so very sore and stiff, Wednesday is a big appointment day (doctor) for me so I will be waiting and lurking around until then...Will post more after that...but for now it's a day at a time...

Hey everyone,

Good afternoon I saw Doris today she only works monday friday day shift for the city bus here in Hamilton then next monday she will start a night shift so I might get to see her a bit more now My friend went for his endoscopy and everything went fine I have mine july 3rd in hagersville got be there at 9:45am. I hope everyone is enjoying there afternoon day or night I had a great day :) Alexis
