i have a kind tricky question. ive recently come to terms with depression as a reality in my life, but im not currently getting treatment for it. the main reason for this is that i dont have any insurance, and i dont have any money to speak of. i really need some help, but i dont know what to do. does anyone have any ideas?

Have you looked into your County Mental Health Clinics? They usually go on a sliding scale for payments.

Just wanted to add my welcome!! Laura gave you some good advice. You could also check with your church leadership, sometimes they have good referrals too.

Yu can either call your local Health care & rehab Service in your county and I believe the sessions are free. Happy hunting.
